Listing a business or claiming an existing listing on The 209 is free. When you list or claim, we may ask optional questions about your business, including how you currently accept card payments and whether you would like a free payment rate review. When you submit events or business listings, you grant The 209 a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the submitted content on our platform. You represent that you have the right to submit this content and that it is accurate.
We offer optional paid promotion packages that may include featured placement, newsletter inclusion, and social media features. Prices and package contents are shown at the point of purchase and may change. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Promotion purchases cover promotional placement and effort and are non-refundable once fulfillment has begun, except where required by law. Promotion does not guarantee any specific level of attendance, traffic, or results.
We strive to keep event and business information accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Always verify details directly with the business or event organizer.
